Order Processing
We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible:
Standard orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of being placed.
Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or bank holidays.
During busy or sale periods, processing may take longer — we appreciate your patience.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation detailing the items purchased and an estimated timescale for dispatch and delivery, especially for bespoke or made-to-order pieces.
Delivery Timelines
Small Items
Includes Cushions, Dining Chairs, Barstools, Fabric, Accessories
Delivered within 7–10 working days from dispatch.
Large Furniture & Two-Person Deliveries
Larger items requiring a two-person delivery service typically take up to 3–4 weeks from the date of order.
Includes Sofas, Wardrobes, mattresses, beds, dining tables
For bespoke or made-to-order items, delivery times may vary depending on production lead times. You will be kept informed of your item’s progress throughout.
Delivery Updates
Customers are updated throughout the process — from order confirmation to delivery scheduling.
We will contact you 7 days before delivery to confirm your date and ensure access details are correct.
For larger deliveries, our two-person delivery partners will provide a confirmed delivery window prior to arrival.
On the day of delivery, the courier will contact you at least 1 hour prior to arrival with an ETA.
Delivery Services & Costs
Smaller Items
Courier: DPD
Service: Next Day Delivery (once dispatched)
Cost: £15
All smaller items include tracking information, which will be emailed once dispatched.
Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Thursday) are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
Large Items
Two-Person Delivery Service: £65
Service Timeframe: Up to 3–4 weeks (depending on location and item type)
Larger furniture and bulky items are delivered using a professional two-person service to ensure safe handling and placement in your home.
No tracking details are provided for these deliveries; instead, you will receive a confirmation email once your delivery date is scheduled and a phone call confirming your delivery date and timeslot.
Note: Delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility and are payable directly to the courier prior to delivery. For international deliveries, please allow up to 10 working days for customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, smaller items include a tracking number and link to follow your parcel.
For larger two-person deliveries, tracking details are not supplied, but you will be kept updated with your delivery date and estimated arrival time.
If You’re Not Home at Delivery
For smaller parcels, the courier may leave your item in a safe location if specified.
Larger goods returned to our warehouse due to no one being available will require you to contact us to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional delivery charge.
Please note: Livara Interiors cannot be held responsible for parcels once marked as delivered to your chosen safe place.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occur due to:

In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
