6.1 All products are brand new. Returns are accepted in accordance with UK Consumer Rights, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
6.2 Custom-made or bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
6.3 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus any applicable delivery or handling fees.

7.1 Livara Interiors provides warranties in line with manufacturer guarantees and UK consumer law.
