At Livara Interiors, we take pride in ensuring all items are quality-checked before dispatch. However, imperfections can occasionally occur. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Notice
Check Before Assembly: Do not dispose of any packaging until your item is fully assembled and you are satisfied with it.
Original Packaging: To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original packaging, exactly as delivered. Failure to follow this may result in rejection of your claim.
Return Costs: Exchanges and returns are carried out at your own cost unless otherwise stated.
2. Return Timeframe
Standard Returns: You have 14 days from the date of delivery and signed acceptance to request a return or exchange.
Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items: No refunds or exchanges are available for bespoke or made-to-order products.
After 14 Days: Once the 14-day period has passed, returns cannot be accepted except in exceptional circumstances approved by management.

3. Costs & Deductions
Original & Return Postage: Original delivery charges and return shipping costs are deducted from any refund.
Collection Charges: Larger items returned via two-person courier service will incur collection fees, which are also deducted from your refund.
Stocking Charge: A 20% restocking fee applies to returned items.
Non-Refundable Shipping: All delivery and collection fees are non-refundable.
4. Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items
No Refunds or Exchanges: Once a made-to-order item is processed (usually within 1–2 working days), deposits and payments are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation: If an order is cancelled after production has begun, the deposit is non-refundable.
Finance Orders: If you have used finance (Snap Finance, Klarna, etc.) and the application is cancelled, you remain liable for the balance.
Sofas:
All bespoke sofas are non-refundable. Deposits of £250 are non-refundable.
Confirm all details (material, colour, configuration, and sofa orientation) before ordering.
Ensure your sofa will fit through doors and into the intended room. Livara Interiors is not liable if the item does not fit.
Beds:
All bespoke beds are non-refundable.
Customers must ensure the bed fits the space and entrance.
Beds come with a 6-month manufacturer warranty from delivery. Any complaints should be raised before assembly.
5. Dining Tables & Large Furniture
Large dining tables are delivered via a two-person courier service to ground floor rooms.
Returns for large items will incur:
£60 original delivery fee
£150 collection fee
Marble Tops:
Natural imperfections are normal and not considered damage.
Marble items must be returned in original packaging; assembled or unpacked items cannot be refunded.
6. Soft Furnishings & Mattresses
Mattresses, bedding, and soft furnishings cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene reasons.
Items must remain in original packaging until any complaints are resolved.
7. Damaged or Faulty Items
On Delivery: Inspect items immediately. Reject any damaged goods at the time of delivery.
After Delivery: If damage is discovered later, provide photos and videos and contact us promptly.
All products undergo quality control checks before dispatch and are carefully packaged.
For mirrored furniture, ensure items are repackaged exactly for courier collection; otherwise, claims may be rejected.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–7 working days, minus any delivery or collection costs.
Late or missing refunds may require contacting your bank or card provider.
9. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
10. Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items.
Items must be returned in original packaging to qualify.
11. Gifts
Gifts returned within the timeframe will receive a gift credit for the returned item’s value.
If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund is issued to the gift giver.
12. Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for arranging returns at their own expense.
Consider using a trackable shipping service for items over £75. Livara Interiors is not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds are not given for shipping costs.
13. Customer Responsibility
Customers must measure entrances and spaces to ensure items fit.
Livara Interiors will not be liable for items that cannot fit.
Chargebacks or disputes with banks do not remove your liability to pay for the full product cost.
