What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition with tags. Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping costs may apply.
Made-to-order items (including beds, sofas, and mattresses) are non-refundable as they are bespoke products. All details are confirmed prior to production once an order is placed
Smaller items such as barstools, chairs, and cushions are usually dispatched within 3 working days via DPD, with tracking details provided.
Larger items including beds, sofas, cabinets, drawers, mattresses, and all bespoke products are delivered via our 2-man delivery service, with delivery aimed within 3 weeks of the order date. 🚚
We currently deliver within the UK mainland only and do not offer overseas shipping.
For deliveries to islands or Northern Ireland, please contact us for postage costs and further information. 🚚
